1) Covid forfeits continue as Columbia had to forfeit to New Hope and Barbour County was forced to forfeit there game against Russell County. Pike Road and Tallassee announced they had mutually agreed to cancel their September 24th game at Tallassee. No reason was given for the cancellation.
2) Former Hoover Coach Rush Propst has a new reality show coming on Netflix about his season last year at Valdosta (Ga). The series "Titletown High" premiers today and promises to be interesting viewing. In 2006, the 63 year old Propst - who was then the coach at Hoover High School - and his team were the stars of MTV’s “Two-A-Days,” which lasted two seasons.
